1.How do I find the products I am looking for?
Products are sorted in the drop down menus by Men/Women/Kids, and also by brands. If you want a more specific result use the search box on the right hand side of the home page.
2.How do i order when i have selected the products I wish to purchase?
Just use the add to cart button. When you have finished selecting your products click on the checkout button and follow the process to pay using either Paypal or Google Checkout.
3.Do i have to pay with a credit card? Can i pay with a personal check or a money order?
If you wish to pay with a cheque or money order please send your order and payment to the us at the address on the contact us page. As soon as we have cleared funds we will send out your order.
4. I am supplying very confidential information to you, How secure is the Dollars Urbanwear site?
All payments are processed by either Paypal or Google Checkout. Personal details taken to verify identity and prevent fraud are available only to the company processing payment. Dollars Urbanwear only receive a name and delivery address.
5.When will my order be processed?
Most orders placed before 4pm Monday-Saturday will be processed the same day. All other order will be processed the next working day where possible.
6.How will I know that you have received my order?
When your order is received, Google Checkout/Paypal will send you an email letting you know that your order has been placed with Dollarsurbanwear.co.uk
7.Does Dollars Urbanwear ship to multiple addresses?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to different locations. In this case we would suggest breaking your order into two online orders giving you the chance to ship to two separate addresses.
8.Does Dollars Urbanwear ship to addresses outside of the UK?
Not at the moment although we plan to introduce this service very soon.
9.Do i have to pay a delivery charge on each item i buy?
NO. Dollars Urbanwear will only charge you once for delivery however much you order. So remember to order all you items at once to save on delivery costs.
10.How can i track my order?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will send you and email providing you with a tracking number to use on the Royal Mail Website.
11.Do have to be there to sign for the delivery?
All deliveries need to be signed for. If you can not be home to sign for your package please ensure that a responsible adult is at the address to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available to take delivery a card will be left with details of how to collect your parcel.

16.What if the item I order is out of stock?
If the item you order is out of stock you will be contacted by a member of the Dollars team with a suggestion of a suitable alternative. You are of course free to choose anything from the Dollars Urbanwear site, or to request a refund.
