Easy Returns Policy

At Dollars Urban Wear we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we offer an easy returns policy.

You can return or exchange any goods (with some exceptions) from Dollars Urban Wear within 10 days from when you receive them.

Items not covered include gold teeth, earrings and underwear. These items can only be returned provided they are unused in original packaging.

If you return item(s) within this period you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

Customers will be responsible for all delivery costs unless the items received damaged.

All items must be returned with valid proof of purchase (enclosed with items upon delivery).

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, including original packaging and tags.

Any items returned after this 10 day period, but no later than 30 days after date of transaction, can be exchanged or a store credit note issued.

Customised items, some items of jewellery (including but not exclusively jewellery for piercings and grills), and all underwear can only be refunded if found to be faulty.

All refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used for purchase.

Only items purchased from this website can be returned according to this returns policy.

Note: all gift box items must be shipped inside another box or your return will not be accepted. If the gift box is damaged, you will be charged £5.00.
